Work Permits and Skilled Migration

Skilled work and settlement permits through a points system, job offer or sponsor employer.

File management from 38,000 TRY

The most common route to migration that does not require an investment budget is skilled work permits. There are systems that score occupation, education, age, language and experience (Canada's Express Entry, Germany's Opportunity Card) and systems based on employer sponsorship (the UK, the Netherlands).

Main programmes

  • Germany: a one-year job search with the Opportunity Card (points system), and work permission through the skilled worker visa.
  • Canada: permanent residence through Express Entry on points for age, education, language and experience.
  • UK: the Skilled Worker visa through a licensed employer's sponsorship.
  • Netherlands: the highly skilled migrant programme with a certain salary threshold.

Our advice

  1. Analysis of profile, diploma and language level, and points calculation
  2. A missing-points strategy (language exam, education recognition, documenting experience)
  3. CV, cover letter and job-application guidance
  4. Coordination of diploma recognition, apostille, sworn translation and notary
  5. Visa/permit application and tracking, and family accompaniment applications

Realistic expectations

For skilled migration the language level (English/German) is mostly decisive; a preparation period of 6-12 months is normal. Finding a job or providing a sponsor employer is outside our service, but we guide you on target sectors and job-search strategy.

Fee

Depending on the programme our file management packages start from 38,000 TRY. Translation, apostille and government fees are separate.

Scope of service

  • Points-system calculation
  • Diploma recognition and apostille
  • CV and cover letter
  • Family accompaniment application

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee approval?
No. A residence, citizenship or work permit decision belongs to the relevant state body alone. No advisory company can guarantee approval. We provide profile analysis, document and source-of-funds preparation, compliance and process management.
Is the investment amount included in your advisory fee?
No. The investment amount is paid directly to the government fund, the property seller or the investment fund; we do not collect cash on behalf of clients. Our advisory (file management) fee is written fixed and separately in the contract.
What is the difference between citizenship and residence?
Citizenship gives you that country's passport and all rights of citizenship; residence gives the right to live and often work in the country but no passport. Residence often depends on holding the investment and must be renewed.
Is dual citizenship allowed in Türkiye?
Turkish nationality law permits dual citizenship; however, you need to notify Türkiye of your second citizenship and assess obligations such as tax and military service separately. Confirm the current legislation with your legal adviser.
Why is the source of funds so important?
States and banks examine the legitimate source of invested money under anti-money-laundering rules. An undocumented or inconsistent source is the most common reason for refusal. The SoF report should therefore be prepared before the investment decision.
