Investment-based immigration programmes are under close scrutiny by international bodies. For this reason ethics and legal compliance sit at the centre of how we work. The principles below apply in all advisory processes.
Know your customer (KYC)
Each client's identity, address and financial sources are verified before the contract. Additional review is made for politically exposed persons (PEPs). We do not accept requests that refuse to disclose identity or the source of funds.
Source of funds
Investment funds must rest on a real source such as salary, business income, sale of assets, inheritance or gift, and that source must be documented. All programmes audit the source of the investment amount; applications left without documentation are refused. We prepare the source-of-funds report before the audit and align it with banks.
What we don't do
- We do not use forged documents, temporary balances or account inflation.
- We do not accept payments made on behalf of a third party with an unclear source.
- We give no approval guarantee and do not use phrases such as "certain result".
- We do not collect cash on behalf of clients; investments are made directly to government, fund or real-estate accounts.
Complaints and feedback
You can write a suspected ethics violation to etik@menzilgoc.com. Submissions are answered by the compliance officer within three working days.
Training and audit
All our employees receive anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer training at least twice a year. The compliance officer independently audits randomly selected files every three months and findings are reported to management. Suspicious-transaction reports are made to the relevant authorities in line with legal obligations.
