Because sensitive information such as identity, financial and family data is processed in immigration and investment advice, we ask you to read this notice carefully.
Data processed
Identity and passport details, contact information, family and marital status, education and occupation information, bank account activity, tax and asset documents, source-of-funds evidence, criminal record, medical reports (depending on the programme), and panel usage and payment records.
Purposes and legal bases
- Forming and performing the advisory contract
- Making applications and preparing source-of-funds reviews (explicit consent)
- Know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering obligations (legal obligation)
- Improving service quality (legitimate interest)
Transfers and retention
Within your explicit consent your data is transferred to the government body or authorised representative applied to, partner law firms, banks, sworn translators and payment institutions, and abroad where these bodies are abroad. By law, contract and know-your-customer records are kept for 10 years; file documents are deleted two years after the programme ends.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may access, correct and delete your data, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. You can send requests to kvkk@menzilgoc.com.
