Do you guarantee approval?
No. A residence, citizenship or work permit decision belongs to the relevant state body alone. No advisory company can guarantee approval. We provide profile analysis, document and source-of-funds preparation, compliance and process management.
Is the investment amount included in your advisory fee?
No. The investment amount is paid directly to the government fund, the property seller or the investment fund; we do not collect cash on behalf of clients. Our advisory (file management) fee is written fixed and separately in the contract.
What is the difference between citizenship and residence?
Citizenship gives you that country's passport and all rights of citizenship; residence gives the right to live and often work in the country but no passport. Residence often depends on holding the investment and must be renewed.
Is dual citizenship allowed in Türkiye?
Turkish nationality law permits dual citizenship; however, you need to notify Türkiye of your second citizenship and assess obligations such as tax and military service separately. Confirm the current legislation with your legal adviser.
Why is the source of funds so important?
States and banks examine the legitimate source of invested money under anti-money-laundering rules. An undocumented or inconsistent source is the most common reason for refusal. The SoF report should therefore be prepared before the investment decision.
Can my family members be included in the programme?
In most programmes the spouse and dependent children, and in many the parents, are covered. Age limits and extra fees vary by programme; Caribbean programmes offer a fixed amount up to a certain family size.
How long does the process take?
Caribbean programmes may take 3-6 months, the UAE and Georgia 1-2 months, Greece 3-6 months, Portugal 12-18 months and work permits 2-8 months. Preparation time (documents, source of funds, language exam) is added to these.
Can programmes close? What are the risks?
Yes. Many countries have closed investment programmes or tightened their conditions in the past. When choosing a programme we therefore evaluate legal stability, international pressure and changes in travel freedom as risks. Loss of value and difficulty of sale are also main risks.
Is it safe to upload my documents to the panel?
Documents are stored in an encrypted environment and only the adviser and compliance team handling your file have access. Access is logged. Documents are deleted two years after the programme ends; you can request earlier deletion by exercising your KVKK rights.
How does an online meeting work?
On the appointment page you choose the service, adviser, day and time; the meeting link is sent by email. The first 30-minute pre-meeting is free and non-binding.
