A second citizenship through a fund donation or real-estate investment: programme choice, compliance and file management.
File management from 185,000 TRY
Citizenship-by-investment programmes allow you to obtain a second passport, usually within a few months, in return for a donation to a government fund or an investment in approved real estate. In recent years, however, these programmes have been an area of increased international scrutiny, fast-changing rules and closures. Good advice is therefore more important than ever.
Overview of programmes
- St Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada: programmes covering the family through fund donation or real-estate options.
- Türkiye: citizenship for foreign investors through a property purchase of at least USD 400,000.
What does our advice include?
- Analysis of goals, budget and family structure, and a risk matrix
- A programme comparison table and total cost calculation
- Source-of-funds documentation and due-diligence preparation
- Choice of authorised agent, application file and tracking of donation/property payments
- Post-decision passport procedures and tax residency briefing
Things to watch
Even without a residency requirement, citizenship can have tax and legal consequences. Obligations in your own country (dual citizenship, foreign asset reporting) must be examined separately. No programme carries an approval guarantee and the process takes three to six months.
Fees
Our advisory fee is written as fixed in the contract independent of the investment amount. Our file management packages start from 185,000 TRY; government fees, due diligence and legal costs are separate.
Scope of service
