Frequently asked questions
Is the investment amount included in the package?
No. The investment is made directly to the government fund, property seller or investment fund. The package is only our file management fee.
Is the fee refunded if approval is not granted?
Because no approval guarantee is given, the file management fee is refunded in stages according to the preparation phase: 70% if you withdraw before application; no refund for a file refused after application. Details are written in the contract.
